Project Management Course for ITER Power Supply Group

To better conduct ITER power supply procurement package and raise awareness of the importance of management, the power supply group opened a course of lectures on management in January.

During the first session of classes, staff in quality management group attended the training course given by Prof. Ding Yong from Hefei University of Technology. The course covered various topics ranging from time management, cost management to quality management and risk management, etc.. Prof. Ding also interacted with attendees on the detailed management cases in procurement package.

Due to the positive feedback from the staff about the course, another session was started in the same month for all package members. The training has equipped the staff for a better completion of ITER power supply in ASIPP. (Wang Guohe reports)
