On the 29th day of October, the Russian Higher Education Touring Exhibition made a successful stop at Anhui province. This event, which was part of a broader initiative to showcase Russian educational opportunities, was met with great enthusiasm and participation. The Russian delegation, comprising distinguished educators and officials, embarked on a comprehensive tour that allowed them to delve into the academic and research landscape of Anhui.

Their journey began with a visit to the Institute of Plasma Physics, which is affiliated with the Chinese Academy of Sciences. This institute is renowned for its cutting-edge research in the field of plasma physics and fusion energy. The delegation was particularly impressed by the EAST Tokamak, a device that is at the forefront of experimental nuclear fusion research. The EAST Tokamak, which stands for Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak, is a marvel of modern science and engineering, designed to replicate the process of nuclear fusion that powers the sun.

Following their visit to the EAST Tokamak, the Russian delegation moved on to explore Yidu Coffee, a unique establishment that seamlessly blends scientific innovation with cultural experiences. Yidu Coffee is not just a place to enjoy a cup of coffee; it is a hub for intellectual discourse and a testament to the vibrant cultural scene in Anhui. The delegation had the opportunity to engage with local entrepreneurs and students, fostering a sense of camaraderie and mutual understanding.

The final stop on their tour was the exhibition hall of CRAFT Campus, an abbreviation for the Comprehensive Research Facility for Fusion Technology. This exhibition hall served as a showcase for the latest advancements in technology and industry, highlighting the fusion research.

Throughout their visit, the Russian delegation was warmly welcomed by their Chinese counterparts, and the exchange of ideas and experiences was both fruitful and enlightening. The event not only strengthened the existing bonds between the educational institutions of Russia and Anhui but also paved the way for future collaborations and partnerships. The success of the Russian Higher Education Touring Exhibition (Anhui Station) was a testament to the growing spirit of international cooperation in the realm of education and research.
