Foreign Guests Celebrate Mid-autumn Festival

“Alone, a lonely stranger in a foreign place, I pine for kinsfolk doubly on holidays” is a Chinese classical poem.

The Mid-autumn Festival, which falls on 8th September, is a big family reunion day. Maybe foreign guests from six countries in ASIPP do not quite understand the meaning of the Festival, but one thing is certain that they are not going to spend the day alone. They celebrate the festival by a half-day trip to Binhu Wetland Forest Park and a get-together, eating moon-cake, experiencing Chinese tradition and cultures. (XI Yingkun reports)
