ASIPP journal Plasma Science and Technology (PST) has shortened its publishing cycle from the current two months to one month from 2012. This change will not only satisfy the requirements of the authors and readers, but also improve the efficiency of the journal per se.

So far PST has published 13 volumes. With the joint efforts of editor-in-chief, editorial board members, readers as well as authors, the influence of PST has increased with a 0.553 impact factor. Meanwhile, by cooperation with British Institute of Physics Publishing (IOPP), PST gain momentum by realizing coexistence of print and electronic versions. With the help of IOPP’s Marketing system, the journal has boosted its popularity with the academic community.

No sweet without sweat. The PST progress is credited to the assiduous work of PST team. The monthly PST journal, according to the editor office, will continue to serve its readers with more information and better efficiency. (Meng Yu Reports)
