A number of significant progress has been achieved in HT-7 2011 spring experiment. In order to further analyze the experimental data, promote international exchanges and train young researchers, 2011 HT-7 Data Workshop was held from July 19 to July 20.

The theme of this workshop is "Exchange and Cooperation". Experts and researchers were from Princeton University Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL), University of Illinois, University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), Donghua University, Technical Institute of Physics and chemistry and ASIPP. Prof. Baonian Wan, Vice Director of ASIPP, gave the opening remarks and welcomed everyone to the meeting.

Altogether twenty-three reports are presented. Topics cover the fields of experimental physics of liquid lithium limiter, LHW system and experiment, ICH system and experiment, and plasma diagnostic techniques. Experts listened to every report and expressed their comments. Some researchers from PPPL participanted and exchanged their views through videoconference. Prof.Gao Xiang, Director of tokamak physics experiment division, gave the closing remarks and thanked participants for the exciting reports and valuable comments.

This workshop offers a platform to promote the development of plasma physics experiments. Young scholars in ASIPP consider this meeting as an opportunity to share research ideas and to heighten scientific research ability. (Han Xiaofeng Reports)
